I usually get my contact lenses from Specsavers but I've recently been looking to save money. On my contact lenses box, the "DIA" and "BC" has BC: 8.6 and DIA 14.1. My question is if I where to buy a different brand from Specsavers brand, that has different numbers to these specifically on my original box, would it affect my eyes what so ever, if that makes sense? Thank you :)

Thank you for your recent comment. Selecting a different Base Curve and DIA will not cause any real difference and is entirely safe to do so just as long as it is as close as possible to your own prescription. Many lens brands offer different BC & DIA so it can sometimes be difficult to get the exact parameters you are prescribed. Regarding Topvue daily, as these are very close to your own parameters they will be entirely safe to use.
