Rules for Publishing User Comments

We understand that you may sometimes need additional information about our products or services. That’s why each product and information page includes a section for questions and feedback. We ensure that all communication is professional and respectful.
Every user comment goes through an approval process. We reserve the right not to publish content that is offensive, vulgar, or false, or that could mislead or offend other users. In most cases, comments are linked to a question, which we strive to answer as helpfully and accurately as possible.

Recommendations for writing a comment that will be approved

  • Formulate your question simply.
  • If you are stating dioptric values, include all signs (+, - or =).
  • When reviewing a product, evaluate a product that you have real experience with.
  • Please share only true and verified information. Deliberately spreading false or fabricated experiences can mislead other users and damage trust in our e-shop.
  • Do not include any of your personal data or third-party data in the comment section. This helps us protect privacy and comply with personal data protection principles.
  • Please address situations related to a specific order with customer service or through the online form from your customer account (complaints, damaged shipments, etc.).
  • Avoid vulgarisms, offensive words, racist text, incitement to violence, personal attacks, etc.

Note
The above recommendations do not cover all possible situations that may arise. It is sufficient to follow the principles of good manners.

Reporting Illegal Content and Subsequent Resolution of the Situation

If you do encounter illegal content, which is any information, including goods and services, that is not in compliance with EU law or the law of a Member State that is in line with Union law, you can report such content. Each comment has a link labelled "Report" which is only visible to registered users of the e-shop.
If a comment is reported, we will automatically send an "Acknowledgement of Receipt" email to the registered user.
Without undue delay, we will then decide whether the reported content is illegal or not. The notifier will be informed of the outcome.

Unregistered e-shop users can send us a notification by email: dsa@alensa.eu. In this case, it is necessary to include in the email a description of where the illegal content is located - insert a link to the website or a print screen.
