Specify your prescribed type of eyeglasses
Firstly, do you need single-vision glasses for far away or for up close? Do you have a prescription for progressive glasses that will provide clear vision across all distances? Or, you may simply want prescription-free computer glasses that can help protect your eyes from excessive blue light emitted by screens and displays.
Upload your prescription, or use one from a previous order
Next, provide us with your prescription, either by entering your parameters manually, by taking a picture of your prescription and uploading it, or by using the parameters from your previous order.
The most comfortable way is by uploading your prescription. You’ll be asked to give your prescription a name, and indicate when it was issued by your eye care specialist. We will process your parameters and finish your order for you. You can also upload your prescription directly to your account, right now.
Enter your PD (Pupillary Distance)
Pupillary Distance (PD) is the distance in millimetres between the centre of each of your pupils. You can find it on your prescription as two values (one for each eye) or only one (for both eyes together).
If you do not know or cannot see your PD, you can measure it online using your webcam or camera and any card with magnetic strip. More info
Lens thickness
Based on your prescription, our system will automatically set an optimal lens thickness. The more complex a prescription is, the thinner the lenses must be in order to function effectively. Our customer service team is happy to help if you are unsure which option to choose.
Add optional, additional lens features
Our lenses come with a standard set of 5 advanced treatments, which are included free of charge. We also offer additional features, which can be added to your lenses if desired: a blue-light-blocking filter, self-tinting transition lenses, permanently tinted sunglass lenses or other.
If you selected progressive eyeglasses, in Step 5 you will be required to choose a ‘field of view’ for your lenses. Choosing a more advanced field of view will increase the comfort and quality of your lenses. More advanced lens technologies help to shrink peripheral distortions and widen the optical zones for intermediate and close distances.
