HOW DOES IT WORK?

I. Upload your prescription for eyeglasses to the system:


a) via your customer account:


  1. Log in to your account on Alensa.co.uk.
  2. Go to the "Your prescriptions and measurements" section.
  3. Upload the document in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (max. 20 MB).
  4. Fill in the required details, such as the type of prescription and date the prescription was issued.
  5. Click on “Confirm prescription upload”.
  6. Wait for confirmation – our team will review your prescription during regular business hours, and once it is verified, you will receive an email with the discount code.

b) when ordering


  1. On the glasses page, click "Select Lenses".
  2. In the “Your Parameters” section, upload the document in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (max. 20 MB).
  3. Take a photo or upload your glasses prescription.
  4. Take a photo or upload your prescription for glasses.
  5. Complete your order.
  6. After completing your order, our specialists will check the prescription during regular business hours.
  7. Once the prescription is verified, you will receive a confirmation and a discount code via email.

II. Receive a unique discount code


Once you upload the prescription, our specialists will verify it, and we will generate a discount code worth £ 18. This code will be linked to your customer account and sent to your email address.


III. Use the discount for your purchase


You can use the discount in our e-shop alensa.co.uk. In the basket, look for the “Discount code or voucher” button (see the image below). Click on it, enter the received code, and confirm. The discount amount will automatically be deducted from the total price. The code can be used only once.

Using the discount code in the basket


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The discount can be applied only when purchasing prescription glasses.
  • The code is valid for 90 days from its generation date.
  • Each customer is eligible for only one discount code, regardless of the number of prescriptions uploaded.
  • The customer can use the promotion only once.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
