Keratitis

Keratitis is an inflammatory disease of the cornea, which can be caused by contact lens irritation, intense light, vitamin A deficiency, insufficient wetting of the eye, allergy, or direct infection by microorganisms. For long-term contact lenses wearers, there is a high risk of keratitis. Infectious keratitis is extremely uncomfortable and requires emergency treatment.
